At FlyFut, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • Customers must report any issue with the product within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To claim a return, customers must provide:

    • Clear images of the product showing the issue.

    • An unedited video of the product and packaging.

  • Proof must be sent to our official WhatsApp support number.

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Damaged product received.

  • Manufacturing defect found in the product.

  • Missing item in the package.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products used, washed, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging.

Return Verification

  • Our team will review the images and video provided.

  • If the claim is approved, return instructions will be shared with the customer.

  • FlyFut reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on the evidence provided.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order and payment type.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
